Returns
- Eligibility
- No returns will be accepted for alcohol due to the nature of this product.
- Exclusions
The only exception will be:
- If the wrong products have been delivered- You will need to send back the product in the same condition and packaging it was delivered in before you will receive the correct product.
- If the product has been damaged, lost or stolen in transport you should seek reimbursement from the delivery company through the shipping insurance.
- Return Process
- Please inform us regarding any issues with a wrong product that has been sent and we will get back to you with a new shipping label. Please return items back in same condition and correct packaging it was delivered in.
- Inspection and Processing
- Returned Items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, the correct item will be sent out and new information will be provided regarding delivery details.
