Returns

  1. Eligibility
  2. No returns will be accepted for alcohol due to the nature of this product.

 

  1. Exclusions

The only exception will be:

  1. If the wrong products have been delivered- You will need to send back the product in the same condition and packaging it was delivered in before you will receive the correct product.
  2. If the product has been damaged, lost or stolen in transport you should seek reimbursement from the delivery company through the shipping insurance.

 

  1. Return Process
  2. Please inform us regarding any issues with a wrong product that has been sent and we will get back to you with a new shipping label. Please return items back in same condition and correct packaging it was delivered in.

 

  1. Inspection and Processing
  2. Returned Items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, the correct item will be sent out and new information will be provided regarding delivery details.
