Bimber Re-Charred

From London’s up and coming Bimber Distillery this was the first small batch release taken from re-charred oak casks yielding 5,000 bottles. It still ranks as many Bimber fans favorite to this date.

On the Nose we have orchid fruits, grilled pineapple that is sweetened with honey. Smoked wood coming through with hints of cinnamon.

Red apples to taste with ripe pears along with banana bread and caramels. Charred oak that lingers throughout.

Finish is slightly smokey, sweet butterscotch and ginger. A characterful dram.
