FIB Whitlaw 7 Years Old Oloroso & Mourvèdre Finish Permutations Series III

Distilled at Highland Park, this single cask Whitlaw features the Ring of Brodgar on the label designed by Orla Stevens. The Orkney Islands truly are a window into our communal past, with some mind-blowing ancient landmarks. Although relatively young, this island spirit packs a real punch, but also a depth well beyond its years. The wonderful unsulphured Mourvèdre barrique from our friends at Coume Del Mas Winery has given the Oloroso hogshead a whole new depth of flavour. This whisky is a dream for the red wine and sherry-head alike!
