The whisky has been matured for 18 years in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, then ‘nurtured’ in small batches for a further 3 months. Dark golden in colour this Glenfiddich has a remarkably rich aroma of orchid fruits, baked apple pie and hints of oak leading to tastes of dried fruit, sweet dates and elegant oak notes.
