Macallan Amber Meadow Harmony Collection

The Amber Meadow is the third limited annual release which is a collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney which pays homage to Scotland’s beautiful landscapes. This edition’s presentation box and bottle label are crafted from repurposed meadow cuttings. The whisky itself is matured in sherry and ex-bourbon casks creating a graceful golden colour with smells of vibrant orange and lemon zest, complimented by sweet honeysuckle, vanilla and coconut. Tastes of oak, citrus fruits, freshness of melon, subtle almond and hints of barley fields. A lingering finish which is rich and sweet unravelling in the layers of complexity.
