Macallan Concept no.2 2019

This is the second instalment in the Macallan ‘Concept’ range. The concept this time is music- with Steven Bremner, the man responsible is a keen house DJ aswell as a master whisky maker. This whisky was matured in sherry American oak casks then equal time in ex-bourbon casks. A nose of cinnamon, spices and citrus fruits. Tastes of red berries, walnut, toffee with a hint of ginger, delicately oaky not too overpowering and to finish off with vanilla, peaches and toffee. A smooth malt from the Macallan Concept series.
