Speyside Trutina Cask Strength

A well balanced single malt from the Spey range with 100% maturation in bourbon casks, non chill filtered, no added colour and cask strength of 59%. Trutina in Latin translates to honest and pure and this release signifies the natural, pure simple characteristics of the distillery.

Pale gold in appearance with a light nose of fruity notes, chocolate cheesecake and fresh barely. Initial flavours are of vanilla, biscuits and almonds. The higher strength bringing a medium finish with some bolder fruit flavours with a hint of white pepper.
