Description
Master Distiller Richard Paterson selected a range of differently aged French wine casks, Madeira drums, sherry butts, Marsala barrels, port pipes and bourbon barrels from Kentucky creating a one of a kind rich and enticing flavoured whisky. Raspberry fruits on the nose, with sweet caramel, vanilla, orange zest and crushed almonds to taste with hints of sherry. Finished with polished wood, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. An exquisite dram from Dalmore.
