Description
Distilled at an Irish Distillery in 2006 and aged in a rum barrel until April 2018 whereupon the whiskey was transferred to an ex-guyana rum cask, totalling 10 years (although it was bottled in September 2019, so the age could be 13 years). One of only 80 bottles.
Notes on the nose of Vanilla, pineapple, almonds and lemongrass. Tastes of Kiwi, passionfruit, Toffee and Vanilla pods. The finish is big and so fresh its one you can keep on drinking.
